How do I sign up?
Simply click the sign up link and fill in your details. We need your full name and address in order to provide you with your payment and your email address to contact you by.
How will Everards communicate with me?
Everards will communicate with you via email.
Am I guaranteed a mission?
When you submit your sign up form we will look at the number of people who have signed up for your area. If there are more people than missions, you may not be chosen for one this time. However, if people in your area don't complete their missions in the given time scale, you may then be asked to complete a mission.
Who will choose the pub I visit?
Everards will choose a pub in your area for you to visit. We will look at your prefered areas and select one of these.
How many pubs will I need to visit?
You can be as involved as you wish in the Mission Enjoyable Scheme. You will be invited to various missions but can decline them at any time.
What happens if I can't complete a mission?
A mission will be sent to you via email. There is a choice whether or not to accept this mission, at which point you can decline. If you have accepted a mission and then decide you cannot complete it in the time scale given, please click the link on the bottom of the email to let us know.
When does the mission need to be completed by?
Every mission varies and instructions will be on your invitation. One week after a mission is proposed to the applicant a reminder will be sent, after that the mission will be re allocated to someone else.
Does the licensee of the pub I’m visiting know I’m going?
All licensees are aware that Mission Enjoyable is happening, but they do not know who will be visiting their pub or when.
All completed questionnaires are treated with the strictest confidentiality and at no point will a licensee know who visited their pub.
Should I talk to the licensee about Mission Enjoyable whilst I am there?
The primary aim of Mission Enjoyable is to gain an opinion of the pub from the customer’s point of view, so we recommend that you complete your mission without help from the licensee.
Do I need to buy an alcoholic drink?
You are asked to buy a drink as part of your mission, but this does not have to be an alcoholic one unless otherwise stated.
Do I need to buy food?
If the pub allocated serves food then it is preferred that the agent visits during food service hours and purchases something from the menu. Please note this does not include crisps and nuts etc from the bar. We suggest you call the pub to check when food is served.
If the pub does not serve food then you will not be expected to buy food and the questionnaire sent will be adjusted accordingly.
The email you are sent with your mission will state whether the pub serves food or not.
Do I need proof of purchase?
You need a proof of purchase in order to claim your vouchers. This can be in the form of a debit/credit card slip or till receipt.
How do I fill in the questionnaire?
The questionnaire is online and a link to it will be sent to you once you have accepted your mission.
What happens to the answers I give?
Each answer you give has a score, and the scores from your questionnaire will be added to those from other visits to produce a final score for the pub.
The answers will be used to give feedback on strengths and weaknesses to each licensee in order to help them to look at their pub from a customer’s point of view.
Will I be able to see the final results of the survey?
The winning pubs will be announced but you will not be able to see individual scores.
How much do I get paid?
All payments are made in voucher form- either One4all gift card which can be spent in a variety of stores, or Everards Wines & Brewery Shop vouchers for use in our onsite shop. Every mission has a different reward amount depending on the type of mission. It will be a minimum of a £10 voucher and full details will be on your mission invite. Please state in your cover letter which reward you wish to recieve. In the instance that the mission enjoyable team are not advised then a Wine and Brewery Shop voucher will be issued. If you do not complete your mission or fill in your questionnaire, you will not receive your payment.
What can I spend the Everards Wines and Brewery Shop voucher on?
You can spend it on a large selection of Wines, Ales. Spirits and merchandise available in our shop situated at the Everards Head Office near Fosse Park.
How do I get my payment?
Once you have completed your questionnaire, a code will be emailed to you. Send your proof of purchase along with your name, the pub you visited and the code to: Mission Enjoyable, Everards Brewery Ltd, Castle Acres, Narborough, Leicestershire, LE19 1BY.
